We offer a comprehensive product warranty to provide peace of mind to our customers.
Our warranty covers Huffi products against manufacturing defects and malfunctions for 12 months from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any eligible product free of charge.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications.

Custom printed products are typically not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged, defective, or there is an error on our part. This is because custom products are personalised specifically for you and cannot be resold to other customers.
